Prepare the Sauna Floor If you are assembling your sauna on a hard surface floor it is recommended that you apply the included adhesive felt to the bottom of the sauna floor www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Place the sauna floor in the desired location It is necessary to position the floor out from your walls for assembly and slide the sauna into position following assembly PLEASE NOTE It is important that the sauna floor is level Checking with a large level is recommended If the floor is not level shimming or other remedies should be applied before assembling the sauna www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Position the Back Wall Lift the back wall into position carefully lowering the bottom of the wall into the channel on the floor base Position the first Side Wall Lift one of the side walls left or right into position wedging the bottom of the wall into the channel in the floor base www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Connect Side Back Wall Cinch the two walls together by applying pressure on the outside of the Side Wall with your knee It is helpful if a second person applies pressure against the opposite edge of the Back Wall This will ensure that the two walls remain in contact and the fasteners will connect 2 Sets of Tab Keyhole fasteners connect the walls together Slide the Side Wall upward approx 3 4 while holding the Back Wall down The 2 sets of fasteners will connect when the Side Wall is raised sufficiently When you feel the fasteners connect slide the Side Wall back down NOTE It is NOT necessary to lift the entire Side Wall Simply slide the Side Wall upward at the back corner of the sauna to connect to the Back Wall www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Check to ensure that both sets of fasteners have connected by looking at the corner inside of the sauna It is possible to connect one set of fasteners and miss the other If there is an obvious gap in the corner between the two walls the fasteners have not connected and the raising and lowering procedure will need to be repeated Connect Second Side Wall Repeat the procedure for the second Side Wall www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Ensure that the door heater electrical is protruding from bottom of Front Wall frame Remove protective wood strips from Front Wall frame Position the Front Wall Lift the Front Wall into position carefully lowering the bottom of the wall into the channel on the floor base Prop up one end of the Front Wall to enable connection of the door heater electrical lead NOTE The Front Wall must be supported until the roof is in place www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Connect door heater electrical lead to the floor base NOTE Be sure that the wire s connector is fully inserted into the floor base connector and that the threaded cuff is fully screwed onto the floor base connector Pull the single plastic connector down and out of the roof before lifting the roof into place If you are unable to grab hold of the connector through the small opening in the ceiling it may be necessary to remove the first T G board on the top left side of the roof and feed the connector down through the opening www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

NOTE The Front Wall must be supported until the roof is in place Install the Sauna Roof It can be helpful to have a third person helping to put the roof in place Lift the roof up and over top of the sauna walls If you are installing the sauna in a restrictive space and are unable to walk down the sides of the saunas it may be necessary for one person to go inside the sauna Hook the right side corners of the roof over the walls then lower the roof toward the left of the sauna Connect the 12 Volt power supply wire at the back left corner of the sauna This wire brings power to the roof for the stereo and lighting components Lower the roof on to the walls www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

4 Furniture Bolts Screw 2 furniture bolts through the Front Wall frame into the Floor Base and 2 furniture bolts through the Front Wall into the Roof The furniture bolts will require either a Phillips head screwdriver OR the allen key included with the sauna accessories Side Wall Glass Install the large Side Wall glass panel Glass etching is intended to face inward www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Protect Floor Base Place a business card or similar on the floor base before installing glass panels Front Wall Glass Install small Front Wall glass panel www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Corner Seal Strips Glazing Strips Installation of these items can be done at this point in the sauna assembly or left as the final task Install Corner Seal Strips Press the U channel strip firmly on to the edge of the front glass panel Glass Glazing Strips There are 4 strips of flexible glazing material included with your Evolve 15 sauna These hold the glass panels snugly in the wooden frame It may not be necessary to use the glazing strips or not necessary to use the entire length of the strip if the glass panels are a snug fit in the wooden frame If required install the glazing strip by firmly pressing it into the channel along side the glass panel The glazing can be installed on the inside or outside of the glass panels A small wooden wedge is included with your sauna to help push the glazing strip into the channel www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Under Bench Electrical NOTE Do not connect main power cord to your wall outlet yet at this time Connect the circular connector to power supply box Align the groove in connector to properly insert Thread the cuff of connector on fully Attach the D Sub computer style connector as shown Plug in all heater leads to the receptacles on top of the power supply box Power Supply Cord Feed the main power supply cord in through the hole in back wall and insert in to the power supply box DO NOT plug power cord into your wall outlet until all electrical connections are complete inside of the sauna www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Remove Side Wall Heater Guards The wooden lattice work in front of the heaters is referred to as the heater guard These are held on with strong magnets It is necessary to remove the heater guards from the two side walls in order to install the leg heater and the sauna bench Leg Heater Install the leg heater by lowering it into the brackets mounted on the side walls Plug leg heater into the power supply box in floor Install Bench The bench in your new sauna is reversible Choose whichever side appeals to you to face upward The metal shielding on the underside of the sauna bench is part of the Evolve EHS electric field mitigation system Reinstall the Side Wall heater guards www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Heater Guards The heater guards in your new Sun Stream Infrared Sauna are held to the wall with strong earth magnets If preferred the heater guards can be screwed directly to the wall for a more permanent and secure attachment The heater guards are pre drilled for the attachment screws Screws are included to attach the heater guard to the wall Select a drill bit with a smaller diameter than the screw threads to drill a pilot hole www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Drill a pilot hole into the wall through the holes in the heater guards Do not drill deeper than necessary for the length of the screw NOTE The pilot holes are important to ensure that the tongue and groove wall boards do not split when installing screws Install screws to firmly attach heater guard to the wall www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Option L Movable Bench Assembly Connect bench legs to the inside corners of the frames using supplied wood screws Ensure that the legs ends are flush with the bottom edge of the frames Attach the leg assembly to the bottom of the bench surface Choose which surface of the bench you prefer to be the top and bottom www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Audio System Music can be piped to the speakers in the sauna two different ways either wireless via the Bluetooth receiver or by directly connecting your device smart phone tablet laptop etc with a 3 5mm male to male audio cord 1 Bluetooth Mode When you first plug the sauna into the wall outlet a beep will sound indicating the Audio circuit board in the roof has power The circuit board s colored LED indicator lights will flash and these will continue to flash whenever the sauna is plugged into the wall outlet To transmit audio to the sauna s speakers from your device search for and connect your device to the BT Speaker The Audio Circuit Board is shown inside the sauna roof in Bluetooth Mode without an audio cord connected www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

2 Direct Connect Mode NO Bluetooth First remove the access panels from the roof by unscrewing wood screws Connect your device to the sauna s audio system by inserting a 3 5 mm male to male audio cord into the BT circuit board as shown Audio cords not included To completely eliminate the RF Bluetooth signal simply remove the Bluetooth module from the circuit board as shown www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Accessories Backrests Your new Sun Stream Sauna comes equipped with backrests constructed from Western Red Cedar Position the backrest as pictured to provide lower back support and to position yourself a comfortable distance from the Infrared heater panels Cupholder Many of our customers simply set the cup holder on the bench of the sauna In the Evolve 10 20 and 30 saunas the cup holder can be mounted on the side wall under the heater panels Be sure to drill pilot holes first for the wood screws to mount cup holder to the T G wall boards Aromatherapy Enjoy the aroma of your favorite essential oils such as eucalyptus or lavender while in the sauna Add water and a few drops of your essential oil to the aromatherapy glass which can be hung on the wall heater guard www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Floor Heater and General Maintenance Sweat Always sit on a towel on the sauna bench and wipe yourself down with a small towel to contain your sweat This will minimize staining of the wood surfaces in the sauna It is inevitable that you will drip some sweat down through the floor grate and on to the floor heater panel Try to minimize this by wiping sweat from your body regularly during your sauna session The floor heater can be used with or without a SMALL towel under your feet www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

CAUTION DO NOT use LARGE towels on the floor heater that cover any more than 30 of the floor heater SMALL towel only X Floor Heater Cleaning Simply tilt the floor grate up to access the floor heater Gently wipe the heater with a damp cloth to clean A bit of dish soap can be used on the floor heater if necessary DO NOT scrub the heater with excessive pressure Follow the same guidlines for cleaning the wall heater panels www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Connecting the sauna to your house power supply When the sauna is plugged into you wall outlet the red Power Indicator light on the control panel will be on The Bluetooth audio receiver on the roof will make a beeping noise its indicator light will turn on ON OFF for Heaters Push the POWER button to turn the sauna heaters ON The various displays will come on The sauna heaters will remain ON until the timer runs down to 00 The sauna heaters can be turned OFF at any time by pushing the POWER button Timer Adjustment The default time is 60 minutes Press or to change the Timer setting The maximum setting is 60 minutes The minimum setting is 5 minutes Pre Heat Sun Stream Infrared Saunas are typically used by preheating the sauna for 20 30 minutes Thermostat Adjustment Press or to change the Thermostat setting Increase Thermostat Setting Press the button to increase the temperature by 1 degree C increments The maximum setting is 65 C Decrease Thermostat Setting Press the button to decrease the temperature by 1 degree C increments The minimum setting is 25 C www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477

Thermometer Thermostat Display When the POWER button is turned ON the digital display will show the Thermometer reading Anytime the and buttons are pushed the Thermostat setting display will show After setting the thermostat the display will return to displaying Thermometer reading Temperature Control When the interior air temperature is below the Thermostat set temperature the heaters will remain ON When the interior temperature is higher than the Thermostat set temperature the power to the heaters will be turned OFF The heater panels will begin to cool down air temperature and Infrared levels will slowly drop until the Thermostat is activated and the power to the heaters will be turned back on AII Adjustable Infrared Intensity The Intensity button on the control panel will adjust the Infrared intensity much like a dimmer switch for a household light Press the Intensity button to select 100 75 or 50 levels of Infrared intensity for different purposes and individual needs www SunStreamSaunas com 1 888 262 4477
