It is necessary to position the floor out from your walls for assembly and move the sauna following assembly.Prepare & Position the Sauna FloorIf you are assembling your sauna on a hard surface floor, it is recommended thatyou apply the included adhesive felt to the bottom of the sauna floor.Please note: It is important that the sauna floor is level. Checking with a large level is recommended. If thefloor is not level, shimming or other remedies should be applied before assembling the sauna.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com1-888 262 4477Position the Back WallIt is easiest if the Back Wall is placed behind the sauna floor base. Simply lean the Back Wall againstyour room wall at this time. Front WallPlace the sauna front wall into the FloorBase channel.Take care with the 2 wires protruding fromfloor base.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com1-888 262 4477Right Side WallPlace the Right Side Wall in theFloor Base channelFront Right CornerConnect the Right Side Wall to theFront Wall by raising the Side Wallapprox 1/2" then sliding down toconnect the 2 fasteners.Cinch the two walls together byapplying pressure on the outside of theSide Wall with the inside of your knee.It is helpful if the second person applies pressure against the opposite edge of the Front Wall. This will helpensure that the two walls remain in contact and the fasteners will connect.NOTE: It is NOT necessary to lift theentire Side Wall. Simply slide theSide Wall upward at the front cornerof the sauna to connect to the FrontWall

www.SunStreamSaunas.com1-888 262 4477Hold Front Wall DOWN whilesliding Side Wall UPThere are two sets of fasteners to join the saunas' corners together. After lowering the Side Wall, checkto ensure that both sets of fasteners have connected by looking at the corner inside of the sauna. It ispossible to connect one set of fasteners and miss the other. If there is an obvious gap in the cornerbetween the two walls at least one fastener has not connected and the raising and lowering procedurewill need to be repeated.

Align the groove in connector to properlyinsert. Thread the cuff of the connector on fully.Attach the 'D-Sub' computerstyle connector as shown.Plug in all heater leads to thereceptacles in the power supply box.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com1-888 262 4477Feed the main Power Supply Cord in through the hole in the Back Wall and insert in Power Supply Box.Do NOT plug power cord into your wall outlet until all electrical connections are finishedinside of the sauna and for the roof.Connect the 2 floor/front wall connectors.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com1-888 262 4477Remove Side Wall Heater GuardsThe wooden lattice work in front of theheaters is referred to as the Heater Guard.These are held on with strong magnets.It is necessary to remove the Heater Guardsfrom the two Side Walls in order to install theLeg Heater and the sauna Bench.Install the Leg HeaterInstall the leg heater by lowering it into thebrackets mounted on the Side Walls.Plug the Leg Heater into the Power SupplyBox in floor.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com1-888 262 4477Lift the Roof above the sauna Walls.Lower the 2 corners of the Roof on the Right side while keeping Left side up. Ensure that 12V DCpower line from the Roof(with white plasticconnector) is accessiblebefore installing the Roof.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com1-888 262 4477Connect the 12 V power line between theSide Wall and Roof. Tuck the white plastic connector inside ofthe Roof and lower the Roof into place.It may be necessary to gently push on theinside or outside of the walls to align tops ofwalls with the Roof channel.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com 1 - 888 262 4477 Heater GuardsThe heater guards in your new Sun Stream Infrared Sauna are held to the wall withstrong earth magnets. If preferred, the heater guards can be screwed directly to the wallfor a more permanent and secure attachment. The heater guards are pre-drilled for theattachment screws.Screws are included to attach the heater guard to the wall. Select a drillbit with a smaller diameter than the screw threads to drill a pilot hole

NOTE: The pilot holes are importantto ensure that the tongue and groovewall boards do not split wheninstalling screws.Install screws to firmly attach heater guard to the wall

www.SunStreamSaunas.com 1 - 888 262 4477Audio System Music can be piped to the speakers in the sauna two different ways, either wireless via the Bluetooth receiver or by directly connecting your device (smart phone, tablet, laptop etc.) with a 3.5mm male to male audio cord.1. Bluetooth Mode. When you first plug the sauna into the wall outlet a beep will sound indicating the Audio circuit board in the roof has power. The circuit board's colored LED indicator lights will flash and these will continue to flash whenever the sauna is plugged into the wall outlet. To transmit audio to the sauna's speakers from your device, search for and connect your device to the 'BT Speaker' The Audio Circuit Board is shown inside the sauna roof in Bluetooth Mode without an audio cord connected.

2. Direct Connect Mode (NO Bluetooth) First, remove the access panels from the roof by unscrewing wood screws. Connect your device to the sauna's audio system by inserting a 3.5 mm male to male audio cord into the BT circuit board as shown (Audio cords not included).To completely eliminate the RF Bluetooth signal, simply remove the Bluetooth module from the circuit board as shown www.SunStreamSaunas.com 1 - 888 262 4477

www.SunStreamSaunas.com 1 - 888 262 4477 Floor Heater and General MaintenanceIt is inevitable that you will drip some sweat down through the floor grate and on to the floorheater panel. Try to minimize this by wiping sweat from your body regularly during your saunasession.The floor heater can be used with or without a SMALL towel under your feet. SweatAlways sit on a towel on the sauna benchand wipe yourself down with a smalltowel to contain your sweat. This willminimize staining of the wood surfaces inthe sauna.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com 1 - 888 262 4477 XCAUTION: DO NOT useLARGE towels on the floorheater that cover any morethan 30% of the floor heater.SMALL towel only.Floor Heater CleaningSimply tilt the floor grate up to accessthe floor heater. Gently wipe theheater with a damp cloth to clean. A bit of dish soap can be used on thefloor heater if necessary. DO NOT scrub the heater withexcessive pressure. Follow the same guidlines for cleaningthe wall heater panels.

www.SunStreamSaunas.com1-888 262 4477Remove the floor heater guard.The floor heater panel is held in place with 4 wood pieces forshipping purposes. Remove these once the sauna is assembled.Floor HeaterDrip TrayRemove the 4 wood pieces with a Phillipsscrewdriver. Place a sheet of paper or similar on theheater surface to prevent scuffing of the heater whileyou turn out the screws.Keep the 4 wood pieces and screws and reinstallif you disassemble and move the sauna.In the case of spilled water on the floorheater or if you allow excessive sweat todrip on the floor heater panel, the heatercan be lifted to clean underneath. Use theincluded suction cup to grab hold of theheater panel and gently lift upward.

Take care not to pull on theelectrical wiring as you flip the heater.If extra slack is necessary, thewiring can be gently pulled out from under the floor base.IMPORTANT: Tuck these wiresback into the hole before flippingthe heater back into place. The stainless steel drip tray under theheater can be wiped clean with a dampcloth and gentle cleaner.

Connecting the sauna to your house power supply When the sauna is plugged into you wall outlet the red Power Indicator light on the control panel will be on. The Bluetooth audio receiver on the roof will make a beeping noise its indicator light will turn on. ON/OFF for Heaters Push the POWER button to turn the sauna heaters ON. The various displays will come on. The sauna heaters will remain ON until the timer runs down to 00. The sauna heaters can be turned OFF at any time by pushing the POWER button. Timer Adjustment The default time is 60 minutes. Press + or - to change the Timer setting. The maximum setting is 60 minutes. The minimum setting is 5 minutes. Pre Heat Sun Stream Infrared Saunas are typically used by preheating the sauna for 20-30 minutes. Thermostat Adjustment Press + or - to change the Thermostat setting. Increase Thermostat Setting: Press the + button to increase the temperature by 1 degree C increments. The maximum setting is 65 C. Decrease Thermostat Setting: Press the - button to decrease the temperature by 1 degree C increments. Thermometer /Thermostat Display When the POWER button is turned ON the digital display will show the Thermometer reading. Anytime the + and - buttons are pushed the Thermostat setting display will show. After setting the thermostat the display will return to displaying Thermometer reading. Temperature Control When the interior air temperature is below the Thermostat set temperature, the heaters will remain ON. When the interior temperature is higher than the Thermostat set temperature, the power to theheaters will be turned OFF. The heater panels will begin to cool down, air temperature and Infrared levels will slowly drop until the Thermostat is activated and the power to the heaters will be turned back on. AII (Adjustable Infrared Intensity) The Intensity button on the control panel will adjust the Infrared intensity much like a dimmer switch for a household light. Press the Intensity button to select 100%, 75% or 50 % levels of Infrared intensity for different purposes and individual needs. www.SunStreamSaunas.com 1 - 888 262 4477
